The Houses
Our two homes in Narechen offer different moods, but the same promise: quiet mornings, clean mountain air, and a softer pace of life.
The first house is a restored 200-year-old Revival treasure — thick stone walls, wooden beams, and authentic charm paired with modern comfort. It’s a place made for slow living: cooking together, enjoying the garden, opening the windows to nothing but forest and calm.
The second house, set at the edge of the village, is bright, elegant and surrounded by river and mountain views. With generous bedrooms, flexible spaces for families and friends, and a terrace perfect for long evenings, it feels open, airy and effortlessly relaxing.
Both houses sit moments from the mineral springs of Narechenski Bani and the trails of the Rhodopes — an ideal base for weekend escapes, wellness breaks, and anyone seeking nature, comfort, and simplicity.
The Villa
Our 200-year-old restored Bulgarian village house offers a rare blend of authentic Revival-era charm and modern comfort in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains. Situated near the mineral springs of Narechen and surrounded by forests, eco trails and panoramic mountain views, the house is ideal for couples, families and groups looking for a peaceful nature retreat. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy garden with BBQ, and easy access to local sights, hiking routes and mineral baths, it’s the perfect base for a relaxing stay, a weekend getaway, or a longer escape into tranquillity and rural Bulgarian life.

This over-100-year-old stone-wall village house blends timeless character with fresh, modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find a bright separate living room for relaxing and a cosy kitchen–diner perfect for cooking and gathering. With three spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an extra downstairs toilet, the home is ideal for families and groups who want space and simplicity. Set on the edge of Narechen village, it feels peaceful and secluded, yet moments from mineral springs, riverside walks, and forest trails — a calming base for anyone seeking nature, authenticity and quiet.

Bachkovo Tour
We recommend visiting the Bachkovo Monestery.
Cultural Sites
A visit to Asenova Krepost (Fort) is a must. From there walk down the ancient roman roads or swing by to Asenovgrad for a lunch by the river.
Horse Riding
There is horse riding available in a near by village and we will be happy to organise it for you.
Leisure Activities
Our BBQ and garden are inviting enough,with sun loungers and comfortable garden furniture.Once you are back on the main road you can walk directly into the forest. You are in the heart of the Rodopi, so there is plenty of hiking and waterfalls to visit nearby.

Walks And Waterfalls
There are many eco-trails and tourist routes that start from the mineral fountains in the park - a traditional starting point for hiking: Eye Spring, Chapel "St. Nikola ”- The Eye Spring, The Eye Spring - Kosovo, along the Chaya River near Narechen.
Two of the most memorable waterfalls in Rodopi are also nearby -Slivodolsko Padalo and Bachkovo Waterfalls.
